The Call Centre Agent is responsible for delivering an exceptional first point of contact experience for prospective residents. As part of the New Development Leasing team, this role supports the leasing journey by managing inbound and outbound communications, pre-screening prospects, and coordinating appointments for Leasing Specialists. This role plays a key part in driving occupancy by ensuring every inquiry is handled efficiently, professionally, and with a strong customer-first approach.
 Duties and Responsibilities 
Respond to inbound leasing inquiries across phone, email, and digital channels in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate and consistent information regarding property availability, pricing, features, and amenities
