Contact Center Supervisor (Weekend Shift)

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Contact Center Advisors.
Monitor KPIs and drive team performance through regular coaching and feedback.
Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Previous experience leading a Contact Center or Telesales team.
