Position Overview
Lead environmental health and safety initiatives with Bass Pro Shops across Canada. This in-person role ensures compliance with regulations and promotes a strong safety culture within operations.
As the Canada Country EHS Manager, you will oversee EHS strategy and coordinate compliance across retail and distribution sites. Your experience in environmental science or occupational health will help establish standardized policies while mitigating risks. Collaborate with teams in legal, operations, and supply chain to drive improvements and ensure seamless execution of programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute EHS strategy across Canadian operations
• Ensure adherence to provincial OHS regulations and environmental laws

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science or related field
