The Candidate Architect serves as a developing professional in an architectural design team, developing and finalising work on specific elements of a project under the direction and supervision of a Senior Architect or designated senior team member.

Technical Excellence

• Architectural design, BIM modelling and drawing production, ensuring compliance with Design Briefs, completeness and accuracy
• Design co-ordination within Architecture and across all disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery
• Production of technical documentation, specifications and construction details in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Quality assurance and peer review of design work to maintain professional standards and project consistency
