• Appropriate licence for vessel size

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Professional, adaptable and service-driven approach.

Other

• Private yacht based in the Mediterranean.
• This is a hands‑on role within a small crew team. The successful candidate will be proactive, flexible and committed to maintaining high standards onboard.
