Capture Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage department calendars and coordinate meetings for the Growth team
• Maintain efficient filing systems and perform regular data entry into CRM systems
• Monitor government procurement websites like SAM.gov and GovWin to identify opportunities
• Collect publicly available information about competitors' capabilities and past performance
• Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare materials for customer interactions
• Help collect and organize technical information from subject matter experts
• Support the development and maintenance of capture plans and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in government contracting
• Demonstrated success in contributing to winning government proposals
• Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and FAR/DFAR regulations
