Position Overview
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Care Professional to work waking night shifts from 22:00 to 07:00 to support our client in Oldland Common, Bristol. Waking nights are needed every other Wednesday and every Thursday night.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to our client who has Alzheimer's and needs reassurance and support throughout the night. Please note that the client's Live-in Care Professional will be on the premises at all times.
Key responsibilities include:Maintain a vigilant presence throughout the night shift, ensuring the client's safety and comfort at all times.Assist with personal care tasks, such as toileting, while maintaining the client's dignity and comfort.Maintain accurate and detailed records of all care provided, and any notable events during the shift.Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies that may arise, following established protocols and contacting emergency services if necessary.Ensure a clean a...
