Position Summary

The Personal Care Attendant – PAH provides personal care and related services in the home under the direction of the clinician's Plan of Care.

At least 80% of time must be spent supervising, feeding, and dressing clients, with no more than 20% devoted to light housekeeping in areas used by the client. Personal Care Attendants are responsible for maintaining positive relationships with patients, families, and care teams, while upholding the Code of Ethical Conduct at all times. If any of the terms or working conditions described in this job description are not followed during any shift an employee works for the company, the employee agrees to immediately notify the company.
