Job Title: Caretaker / Handyperson

Job Type: Ongoing Contract

Location: Birmingham

Rate of pay: Paye £13.21ph

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm (30 min unpaid break)

Responsibilities

• Manage the car park
• Perform basic maintenance tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized environment across the site
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Act as a point of contact for clients
• Support occasional additional duties to help the facility operate smoothly

Qualifications

• Previous proven experience in general maintenance
