We're recruiting an experienced Carpenter / Joinerto join our Yorkshire team, carrying out repairs, maintenance and void works across social housing properties throughout Yorkshire and the East Coast.

About the Role

Working to deliver the highest quality service, you'll carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties. Duties will include a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work such as minor plumbing, joinery, tiling, kitchen and bathroom fitting within a social housing setting.

You'll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to deliver an excellent customer experience.

The role covers a patch across Yorkshire and the East Coast, with travel undertaken as required to meet business needs. A company van and fuel car...
