Case Worker

Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) or ARC(S) is a non‑profit charity organisation dedicated to serving children and adults on the autism spectrum, helping them lead meaningful, independent lives in society. ARC(S) offers a range of services and resources tailored to meet the growing concerns and needs of the autism community. We run a Residential Programme that includes supported living and training, and are looking for Case Workers to help transform the lives entrusted to us. Responsibilities

• Plan and manage casework for clients
• Act as the key liaison person for adults and families
• Conduct intake interviews and assessments in different settings
• Develop individualised client plans for residential services
• Maintain proper records of cases and monitor client progress
• Provide intervention services for clients in multiple settings
