Key responsibilities
Core functional responsibilities and expectations include (but are not limited to):
Client service & ownership Partner closely with the Client Service / Middle Office team to understand client needs and trade issues.Provide timely, accurate follow-up and maintain proactive communication to manage expectations.Take end-to-end ownership of exceptions through resolution, ensuring a strong client experience and accountability. Fail / unmatched trade management Monitor and manage unmatched and failing trades , driving resolution within agreed timelines.Investigate breaks by identifying root causes , recurring patterns and upstream/downstream process gaps.
