Position Overview

Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution from initial concept to final wrap-up ensuring seamless client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution from initial concept to final wrap-up ensuring seamless client experiences.
• Develop and manage event budgets meticulously tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, including caterers, venues, decorators, and entertainment, to secure the best services and pricing.
• Create detailed event timelines and run sheets, coordinating all moving parts and anticipating potential challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
