Cattle Backgrounding Farm Operations Lead

The University of Fort Hare is seeking a qualified individual to manage cattle operations in the Belfast / Carolina Area, Mpumalanga. The role requires strong leadership skills and a high degree of business acumen, alongside 5-7 years of proven farm experience.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing cattle production levels, and ensuring HR policies are upheld. Candidates must possess a BSc in Animal Science or a similar qualification and have excellent communication skills.
