Position Summary:

Assists in organizing, tracking, ordering and providing supplies, personal protective wear and other equipment needed for running the facility

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in using personal computers and other office equipment (copiers, etc.)
• Positive, professional demeanor – ability to get along with others and respond kindly to requests for supplies, sometimes in urgent or stressful situations
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position (lift/move boxes of up to 50 lbs.)

Responsibilities:

• Establishes Periodic Automatic Replenishment (PAR) with the Director of Nursing
• Ensures purchase orders are accurately completed, signed and submitted timely
