CFO

SUMMARY:
An opportunity exists for an experienced CFO to step into a fast-evolving business at a defining moment in its growth journey. This role offers a unique blend of board-level influence and operational involvement, partnering closely with the directors to shape the next phase of the business. We’re seeking a commercially driven finance leader with deep experience across growth environments, including scale-ups, M&A, and multi-entity structures. You will be comfortable navigating complexity, engaging with lenders on funding and transaction activity, and playing a key role in deal delivery.
Alongside this, you will bring structure and rigour to the finance function — enhancing reporting, improving processes, and building a platform that supports continued growth. This is a two-year contract with potential for extension.
