Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties using MRI Software.

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and perform variance analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Conduct CAM reconciliations and recoveries with precision and timeliness.

  • Review and interpret lease agreements to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition.

  • Collaborate with property management teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and special projects.
