We’re looking for an ambitious and action-oriented Implementation & Change Lead to help accelerate Montu’s mission to transform healthcare through cannabis therapies. In this role, you’ll be an agent for change; managing and driving the delivery of projects that sit at the heart of scaling our healthtech ecosystem spanning clinical, pharmacy, digital, logistics, regulatory, and commercial initiatives.

This isn't a traditional project management role. We don't run a rigid methodology, and we're not looking for someone to impose one. We want someone who brings just enough structure to keep the important things on track, and who's as comfortable rolling up their sleeves as drawing up a plan.
