We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support its Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation Action Plan. The consultant will provide strategic and practical change management support to formalizereconciliation commitments, align stakeholders, coordinate VP-led workstreams, and build organizational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a change management approach aligned with framework, governance, workstreams, and organizational readiness.
