As a Change Manager, you will lead site change and project management, including peak readiness playbooks, fixed‑cost procurement, and the development of a continuous improvement culture through activities such as Kaizen and Gemba. You will also manage special events like site visits, town halls, and trainings, and support the day‑to‑day operation of a Delivery Station. When necessary, you will step into an Operations Area Manager role, providing operational leadership and oversight.

You will provide leadership to Shift Managers, Operations Supervisors, Operations Assistants, and Delivery Service Providers, overseeing external agency relationships and performance.
