Position Overview
Join Sage as a Channel Renewal Advisor on a contract basis and help drive the success of our Business Partner community by securing renewals, strengthening partnerships, and supporting sustainable growth across our channel network.
Your contributions will have a direct impact on the organisation’s bottom line by driving customer retention, facilitating migrations, and achieving or exceeding revenue targets on annual business partner renewals.
Success in this role depends on strong collaboration both across internal business units and externally with customers and Sage Business Partners.
The ideal candidate will have 2 - 5 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in a call centre or customer-facing role within the software technology sector. A demonstrated history of consistently meeting sales targets, along with proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems, is essential.
