VANRATH are excited to be working closely to support with the role of a Chargehand - Park/Grounds Maintenance for a well established client within the local authority. This is initially a 6 month assignment, with possible extension
Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance of Golf Courses, Cemeteries, Parks, Playing Fields, Landscaped areas and Open Spaces in accordance with Council Guidelines and standards. Co-ordinating horticultural operations such as planting trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals and bulbs etc. as directed. Responsible for soil cultivation, site renovation, preparation and construction including fertilizing, seeding, turfing and general labouring ie. Sweeping, hoeing, raking, edging, weeding and hedge-cutting and trimming etc. Pruning operations to trees, shrubs and perennials as directed.
