We are looking for an experienced and passionate chef to join our catering team.
You will need to have:
The ability to create a warm and welcoming dining experience for our residentsAn engaging manner with residents and care colleaguesUnderstanding of the importance of appetising and nutritious menusA good understanding of nutrition.A genuine interest in the wellbeing of our residents.Good understanding of HACCP.An understanding of menu development.The ability to manage the kitchen in the Catering Managers absence.Knowledge and experience of working within budget and managing stock control.Hold NVQ / SVQ or equivalent (or be willing to undertake this training).
