We are seeking a skilled and reliable Chef to support the culinary operations of an in-house coffee shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals, snacks and baked goods while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items and meal components before service, including chopping fruit and vegetables, cutting meat and cleaning seafood.
• Produce baked goods daily.
• Prepare breakfast and lunch orders, as well as food for client events, in a timely manner.
• Ensure food preparation, baking, cooking techniques and presentation are in line with current culinary standards.
• Maintain consistent quality and high food standards.
• Assist with stock control, including raising requisitions and ensuring stations are fully stocked.
