We are a licensed formal Japanese / Sushi train restaurant with table service in Coolum Beach QLD.

We have been successfully open for 6 years offering Donburi, Sashimi, Salad, Dessert and sushi dishes as well as beers and wine

About the role

We are currently seeking experienced chefs who are an expert in Japanese cuisine but also have the understanding of local preference.

The tasks and duties include

1. Monitor food preparation and methods.

2. Direct cleaning of kitchen and dining areas to maintain

sanitation standards, and keep appropriate records.

3. Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health

and safety standards

4. May use computer software to monitor inventory, track staff

schedules and pay, and perform other record keeping tasks.

5. Check quality of deliveries of fresh food.
