Pastry Chef de Partie

We seek a pastry chef to prepare, present, and supervise pastry dishes, ensuring quality and consistency while maintaining health and hygiene standards.

  • Prepare pastry dishes according to established recipes.
  • Comply with HACCP health and hygiene standards.
  • Follow energy and material saving policies, recycle waste.
  • Maintain good communication with team and other departments.
  • Organize batch operations, prepare and serve dishes, supervise pastry brigade.
  • Manage materials and equipment necessary for pastry preparation.
  • Clean and replenish work area of staff.
  • Coach, counsel, discipline staff violating hotel policies and procedures.
  • Implement cost‑saving measures and recycle wherever possible.
  • Communicate difficulties, guest or internal feedback to manager.
  • Ensure quality and consistency of food.
