Position Overview

Job Description

  • Reporting to the pastry chef to train and supervise the pastry team for high performance.
  • Design seasonal, innovative pastry menus for all dining outlets and events.
  • Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all pastry items.
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in storage and handling.
  • Conduct regular quality checks across pastry production.
  • Manage budget and control food costs efficiently.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and procurement of ingredients and tools.
  • Handle guest feedback and ensure exceptional pastry experiences.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain kitchen cleanliness.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in pastry techniques, chocolate work and bakery production, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
