Qualifications
- Reporting to the pastry chef to train and supervise the pastry team for high performance.
- Design seasonal, innovative pastry menus for all dining outlets and events.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all pastry items.

- Conduct regular quality checks across pastry production.
- Manage budget and control food costs efficiently.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and procurement of ingredients and tools.

Qualifications
- Expertise in pastry techniques, chocolate work and bakery production, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
