Job Descriptions
  • Experience in western / mediterranean cuisine.
  • Involves in kitchen operations from food preparation to final production.
  • Ensure food quality and consistency in food production.
  • Maintain minimum wastage and waiting period for serving.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years culinary experience or skills.
  • Must be able to work on weekend and public holidays.
  • Possess positive work attitude and able to work in fast pace environment.
