Chef de rang - Whymperstube hourly contract

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Rang to join our team at Whymper-Stube Restaurant on an hourly contract for a 2-week period. If you are passionate about great service and enjoy working in a professional, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Provide professional and attentive service to our international and discerning guests. Support the Chef de Service in daily operations. Carry out daily mise en place and cleaning duties. Serve food and beverages for both half-board and à la carte service. Employee, Family & Friends room rates and discounts, including in the restaurants of the MRH Zermatt SA hotels. Access to the staff fitness room and a wide range of sports activities in Zermatt. Staff access to the hotel pool during designated swimming hours.
