The Role:

Cater Care seeks to appoint a Chef Manager at one of our key sites in Nambucca, NSW weekdays only, Monday To Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

What This Role Involves:

• Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management
• Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking 
• Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
• Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
• Assisting the broader team as required
• Regular client meetings and dietary updates
