The exciting opportunity

• Full time permanent role working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

• Manage kitchen operations at our 64-bed Montana aged care home in Mosman

• Prepare, cook and present appetising and nutritious food
• Lead, direct, inspire and mentor a capable team of Cooks and Kitchen Hands
• Consult with Dietitians and Speech Pathologists to implement menus that align with residents’ needs and choices
• Manage costs, effectively control stock and identify efficiencies to meet budget
