CHEF

Role:

• Cooking includes operating oven, griller and induction cooker.
• Serving as a form picker, picking items and cutting protein base on order form.
• Washing of used kitchenware, maintaining and cleaning the kitchen space.

Prepare high quality food, with emphasis on fried, boiled.

• Ensure kitchen team is well trained and equipped with the knowledge and skills for the food in the menu.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards at all time.
• In charge of the daily work and ordering for the assigned section.

• Need to get up early to prepare soup etc.
• Carry out given recipes and instructions with precision speedy.
• Ensure strict health and hygiene practices.
• Cleaning, organize and take care of kitchen equipment as needed.
