Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conducts laboratory analyses of various food and environmental samples.

2. Provides training and guidance to company members on laboratory procedures.

3. Completes worksheets, compiles test results, and prepares reports.

4. Ensures overall cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.

5. Collects samples for laboratory analysis.

6. Leads and participates in laboratory research and improvement projects.

7. Supports operations and projects in the identified customers.

8. Adheres to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

9. Complies with all company policies and procedures.

10. Facilitate review, update, implementation and monitoring of effectiveness of established policies, procedures and programs of the laboratory and company to ensure quality and food safety (i.e. ISO 17025) particularly but not limited to physico-chemical analysis and other biochemical activities
