Reports To: Area Director, General Manager

Role Overview

The Restaurant Shift Leader leads excellent shifts where team members feel supported and guests feel genuinely cared for. This role focuses on strong preparation, clear communication, and consistent execution of systems that drive guest satisfaction and speed of service.

No prior leadership system experience is required. All training will be provided.

Current Staffing Need

While we may interview candidates for multiple areas and dayparts, we are currently seeking leadership coverage for Evening Drive-Thru and Kitchen shifts, typically 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Candidates should be comfortable leading during high-volume evening operations.
