Job summary:

Key responsibilities and requirements:

• Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
• Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and monitoring of budget performance with variance analysis.
• Ensure full compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
• Supervise and develop the accounting team, ensuring effective delegation and timely completion of tasks.
• Establish and maintain strong internal control systems to safeguard company assets and enhance financial accuracy.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
