Chief Cook

We are looking for a cook who is capable to take care of the complete operations of a Restaurant.

• Food and beverages experience as a Cook in both South and North Indian dishes.
• Must be able to prepare all the necessary ingredients and cook authentic dishes.
• Hands on experience in making Roti Prata, Tandoori Naan.
• Should be able to handle walk-in customers and ensure all the materials and inventory are maintained well.
• Must be able to manage cost control.
• Must be willing to work under minimal supervision.
• Should be a team player.
