Summary About the Position: Serves as the Chief of Executive Services and the principal strategic authority for executive and diplomatic protocol for United States Africa Command (USAFRICOM). The incumbent operates with autonomy, bearing sole authority and responsibility for the comprehensive management of the Combatant Command's Executive Services portfolio. Responsibilities Directs, oversees, and manages the comprehensive activities of the Executive Services Office, exercising full managerial authority over a highly complex, multi-component program. Manages USAFRICOM’s strategic protocol program spanning across the 53-country Area of Responsibility (AOR) and European headquarters. Serves as the USAFRICOM focal point and principal authority for sensitive engagements.
