Role Overview PaRa Music is looking for a Chief Manager – YouTube Monetization to lead the management and growth of our YouTube ecosystem across music and entertainment content. The role will be responsible for YouTube CMS operations, content rights management, channel optimisation, and revenue growth across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities - Manage YouTube CMS, including asset ingestion, metadata, rights management, and policy control.
- Handle Content ID, claims, disputes, and copyright protection for music assets.
