- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, specialising in Antenna Theory or RF Electronics/Firmware
- 10+ years of relevant engineering experience with proven technical leadership
- Recognised subject matter expert in a particular discipline â e.g., electromagnetic simulation, structural mechanics, embedded systems, or firmware
- Strong familiarity with defence and aerospace standards (MIL-STD, STANAG, IEC, ISO)
- MS Office (Proficient)
- MATLAB / Python / FEKO / HFSS / CST / Similar simulation and analysis tools (Beneficial)
- Act as the design authority for your discipline, leading complex system designs and ensuring technical excellence
