CI Engineer - Lean Six Sigma & Kaizen Leader

Eaton in Tijuana is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer responsible for executing operational excellence across manufacturing using Lean & Six Sigma principles. The role includes leading Rapid Improvement Events, collaborating with process owners, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 1 to 3 years of experience, and strong analytical skills. Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
