CI Program Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced Continuous Improvement Program Manager to lead a team of Supply Chain Projects and Development and drive best‑in‑class strategies across ROCKWOOL’s North American manufacturing network.

The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000 CAD . Your base salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.

Your future team

You will become part of the Supply Chain Development Team and will be reporting to the Supply Chain Development Director, North America. You will lead a team of two; one Project Manager and one CI Coach.
