Scope of Work: Leakage Injection at Basement Area
Sandoval Gardens
- Basements 1 & 2 verify and remove plaster for injection work.
- Preparation of surface
- Drilling and application of injection Sika polyurethane.
- Remove packers and apply paint touch up for the injected area.
- Provide necessary warranty for the leakages.
