Civil Construction Supervisor

What you will be required to do:

• Supervise and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and plant to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
• Promote and enforce compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) standards across site operations.
• Implement and maintain project systems, processes, and procedures to effectively manage risk and drive operational efficiency.
• Develop and present weekly construction programs to track progress, identify potential issues, and keep projects on schedule.
• Oversee the procurement and utilisation of materials, equipment, and services to ensure they meet required HSEQ and project standards.
• Provide practical input to the estimating team to improve construction methodologies and support accurate project costing.
