At BakerHicks, we’re delivering next-generation infrastructure across some of the UK’s most advanced sectors and right now, we’re looking for a Civil Engineer who lives and breathes drainage design.

If you’re confident in MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage, know your way around Civils 3D, and want to take ownership of real, buildable design solutions, this is your moment.

💡 What You’ll Do:

• Design foul and surface water drainage systems, earthworks, roads and pavement layouts
• Own your work on multi-disciplinary design projects — from concept to construction
• Lead packages of work and guide junior staff as you progress
• Ensure compliance with UK standards (CIRIA 753, Sewers for Scotland, Eurocodes, etc.)
• Coordinate with architects, MEP, and structures teams to ensure delivery is right-first-time
