What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain office files related to the project, quantity calculations, and write daily diaries.
• Prepare daily reports and other documentation required by the contract.
• Perform labor compliance interviews and maintain as-built plans.
• Recognize potential conflicts, issues, and problems, and report to supervisor with proposed solution.
• Collect, review, and file Certificates of Compliance, MSDS, inspection tags and other material‑related information.
• Coordinate work of subconsultants for surveying and material testing.
