Responsibilities

• Execute site preparation activities including clearing, grading, and excavation, ensuring adherence to project blueprints and safety protocols.
• Operate and maintain various construction equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders to efficiently complete earthmoving and material handling tasks.
• Install and secure formwork for concrete structures, ensuring precise alignment and stability to support pouring operations.
• Mix, pour, and finish concrete according to specified mix designs and curing procedures to achieve desired strength and surface quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent educational attainment.
• Prior ADNOC approval / WMS Certificate.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour or specific equipment operation certifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in civil construction or a related field.
