Overview: 

Our client, a well-established firm based in Washington, is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager with exceptional project management skills to join their team in the Tri-Cities area. This role will lead a variety of land development projects, including residential subdivisions, multifamily housing, commercial and mixed-use sites, and industrial developments. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, agencies, and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that help shape thriving communities. Salary: $119K – $150K DOE
