Civil Site Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Construction Manager to oversee all on-site activities across multiple projects in Yorkshire, the Midlands, and the North East. This role is vital in ensuring all construction work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards, client expectations, and industry regulations.

You will lead site operations, manage teams and subcontractors, and coordinate resources to ensure successful project delivery — on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage contracts and ensure adherence to NEC 3 and NEC 4 requirements and Bills of Quantities (BoQ) .
