Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate with project managers, contractors and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement project schedules ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and quality control measures on construction sites.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications and other technical documents.
• Manage project budgets and resources, identifying cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of construction workers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement design changes.
