- Claims administration

- Objection and complaints handling.
Qualifications and experience
- Matric pass (50%+)
- Mathematical literacy
- FAIS Compliant
- RE 5 Certificate
- Class of Business Training
- NQF 4 Qualification in Short-Term Insurance
- Any qualification recognised by the FSCA
